JM Consulting: Strategies for Success

Jon is a successful personal trainer due to the training he received from Dr. William Glasser, the world-renowned psychiatrist and creator of Choice Theory/Reality Therapy. He received certification as a trainer and is successfully implementing these principles.

Additionally, contributing to his success, Jon is a Certified Practitioners in Neuro Linguistics Programming. Using the principles of NLP, many individuals are experiencing relief from anxieties, phobias and traumas. This is an educational process that teaches a person how to change their current unproductive behavioral choices.

Jon received his Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from California State University, Fresno and has extensive experience in educational, mental health and corrections settings. He has worked directly with at-risk youth in the classroom and is currently enhancing the performance of young athletes. He is Founder and Executive Director Emeritus, of Big Picture Educational Academy, a K-12 charter school located in Fresno, CA. As a mental health worker and trainer in correction institutions, Jon was able to enhance the lives of the individuals he worked with to give them strategies for success in their personal and professional lives.

Concurrently, Jon serves as a Continuing Education Online Instructor at Fresno Pacific University and is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Criminology Department at California State University, Fresno.
